About the Role

Georgia Pacific Corrugated Packaging in Cleveland, Tennessee, is seeking a talented, motivated, and creative individual for the position of Packaging Structural Designer . The Designer will collaborate with a diverse team to develop solutions compatible with manufacturing capabilities and proactively recommend improvements for key accounts. The role reports to the Designer Center of Excellence Leader.

Be part of a dynamic team committed to delivering sustainable, innovative, and cost-effective packaging solutions. This position is based in Cleveland, TN, with approximately 20% travel required to visit customers or other facilities.

Responsibilities

• Support regional design efforts for local and national customers, primarily at the Cleveland, TN facility.
• Develop design solutions aligned with manufacturing capabilities.
• Collaborate within the Center of Excellence and across the design community.
• Identify and suggest improvements for customer accounts.
• Manage project load and communicate risks and needs to the COE Leader.
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, Artios CAD, Tops, and other software tools.
