Key Responsibilities
Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, assessment, and onboarding
Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract and engage top-tier talent
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and manage all recruitment activities
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
5-7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in large organizations
Proven success in hiring for Corporate roles such as Finance and Legal
Strong sourcing ability with experience in engaging passive talent
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent coursework and experience
