The Farmington Fire Department is hiring full-time Firefighters and Captains, as we transform to meet the needs of our growing community! We are looking for individuals who are passionate about public service and dedicated to protecting lives and property. As a full-time Firefighter or Captain in our hybrid department, you will be part of a diverse team of both career and Paid-on-Call Firefighters working together to provide fire protection, emergency medical services, and public safety education. You will respond to a variety of emergencies and be involved in prevention efforts and community engagement to help keep Farmington safe. (Wages are based on 2920 working hours per year.)
