Shift : 3x12 / NIGHTS (5 : 30P-6A : FRI, SAT, and SUN, EW), GT : 36, Length : 13 weeks, Facility is also willing to entertain PRN candidates, FLU SHOT REQUIRED, ICF Facility (all residents have intellectual development issues / disabilities - patient population ages range from 9 - 65), Candidate needs experience with G-Tubes.S
