Job description

Clinical Services Project Manager

Under general supervision, manage multiple clinical and lab services projects of less complex nature from initiation through contract completion. Apply project management skills and experience to deliver projects on time, within budget, and with high customer satisfaction. Facilitate cross-functional interactions to complete assigned projects within deadlines and compliance with pharma services plan.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage multiple clinical testing and lab services projects from initiation through contract completion under the supervision of a Program Manager.
  • Perform tactical coordination of timelines for all projects and functions within CDx Pharma Services.
  • Develop project plans, establish, and coordinate timelines for assigned projects and functions.
  • Manage execution of cross-functional plans and track progress of activities.
  • Identify gaps, potential bottlenecks, or delays, and challenge assumptions.
  • Oversee and guide daily process flow and accurate reporting of results.
  • Implement and promote best practices within the clinical sciences team and foster continuous improvement by ensuring knowledge and experience exchange.
  • Interface with resources outside of the company such as Contract Research Organizations (CROs), site investigators, client counterparts, etc., and serve as the single point of contact with Pharma and Roche clients.
  • Manage meeting activities such as setting agendas, organizing meeting times, and editing meeting minutes.
  • Track, maintain, and communicate project reports and clinical study data to Pharma and Roche clients.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Essential Skills :

  • Experience with using Project Management tools like Smartsheet, Jira, Trello, etc.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Additional Skills & Qualifications :

  • Understanding of the regulatory environment related to dealing with clinical studies is helpful but not required.
  • Bachelor's degree is required (no specific field).
  • Open to recent college graduates with some experience in Project Management.
  • Work Environment :

    This position is open to fully remote candidates. The work environment is mission-driven, diverse, and patient-focused, with a strong emphasis on cancer diagnostics and inclusion. The headquarters for Tissue Diagnostics is based in Tucson (Oro Valley), AZ, featuring R&D for pathology and cancer testing solutions, manufacturing and operations for tissue diagnostics products, and quality, regulatory, and compliance teams. Global business functions are tied to tissue diagnostics.

    Job Type & Location :

    This is a Contract position based out of Oro Valley, AZ.

    Pay and Benefits :

    The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $37.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
