The vast majority of enterprise data — from financial statements to health records — is locked in unstructured file formats like PDFs and spreadsheets. We train vision models to read those documents the way a human would, and make it possible to build products, train models, and automate processes at scale.

We’ve grown incredibly quickly, growing revenue by 7x YOY, and now work with hundreds of companies ranging from leading AI teams (Harvey, Vanta, Scale) to enterprise (FAANG, top 3 trading firm).

We're raised over 100M from world class investors like A16z, Benchmark, and First Round Capital, and are hiring a Head of Engineering to help scale our technical organization through a period of rapid growth.

The Role

This is a rare opportunity to join as the senior engineering leader at a well-funded startup that's already gaining traction with leading AI companies.

You’ll work directly with the founders to build a world‑class engineering team, establish scalable processes, and ensure we maintain our high technical bar as we grow from ~15 to 50+ engineers over the next 18‑24 months. This role is perfect for someone who has experienced hypergrowth and is ready to help build it from the ground up.

What You’ll Do

• Own engineering execution, accountability, and goal‑setting
• Build and scale our hiring process to onboard 2‑3 engineers per month
• Establish frameworks for planning, building, and shipping
• Partner with our CTO on technical strategy and architecture decisions
• Shape the engineering culture and values that will define Reducto for years to come
• Tackle major technical and organizational challenges as we scale
