Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience managing people in a team context

Proven experience leading backend teams through significant technical scale-ups

Senior level engineering experience with a focus on backend or infrastructure

Experience successfully managing multiple complex projects

Strong experience interviewing and hiring software engineers
