- Dates / Schedule : OCT 27, Dec 22-28; 31. Jan 2-4. 2026 availability.
- Length of Assignment : Ongoing
- Shift Hours : 7 AM - 3 PM
- Call Hours : 3 PM - 7 AM
- OT after 8-hour shifts
- Call Ratio : Every other night. Every other weekend. Response - 20 minutes.
- Case Mix : Ortho, GYNO, OB ( than 200 deliveries / year), POD, Dental. Must be proficient with spinals, blocks, and epidurals.
- Support Staff : 2 providers on the floor during the day.
- Active License
- Credentialing Time Frame : 30-60 days
- Certifications Required : DEA, CSR, BLS, ACLS
