QuickBooks Accountant

Remote QuickBooks Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QuickBooks Accountant to support our financial operations on a part-time basis. This is a fully remote position with a 6-month contract-to-hire structure, offering flexibility and the opportunity to grow into a long-term role.

Responsibilities :

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations using QuickBooks.
• Handle full-cycle accounts payable and receivable.
• Process approximately 100 expenses and 25 invoices weekly.
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Generate and analyze financial reports.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
• Integrate financial data with Buildertrend for project tracking.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
• Support AIA billing and cost-plus invoicing (if applicable).
• Coordinate with subcontractors and manage COIs during audit season.
• Manage high volumes of email communication and maintain organized records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely data entry.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
