The Opportunity : Powering Progress
We are immediately hiring highly skilled and motivated Journeyman Electricians and Foremen to lead and execute electrical installations on major commercial and industrial construction projects across the Valley.
Key Responsibilities & Focus Areas
Foreman Electrician (Leadership Track)
- Safety & Compliance : Enforce strict adherence to all OSHA, NEC, and company safety protocols.
- Project Leadership : Supervise, mentor, and lead a team of Journeymen and Apprentices, ensuring productivity and quality control on site.
- Planning & Execution : Read, interpret, and implement construction drawings, specifications, and scopes of work; manage material and tool logistics for assigned phases.
- Client & GC Relations : Act as the primary technical point of contact with General Contractors and clients, ensuring project milestones are met on time and under budget.
Journeyman Electrician (Technical Track)
Installation : Perform all phases of electrical work, including installation of conduit, wiring, fixtures, control panels, and distribution centers for commercial and industrial facilities.Troubleshooting : Expertly diagnose and repair electrical faults in wiring, fixtures, and control systems.Code Adherence : Ensure all work meets or exceeds NEC, local jurisdiction, and company quality standards.Collaboration : Work efficiently and safely as part of a crew, reporting progress and identifying potential issues to the Foreman.Minimum Requirements & Qualifications
Experience : Proven experience ([5+] years for Journeyman, [8+] years for Foreman)License / Certification : Must possess a valid Journeyman Electrician License or equivalent State / Local Certification.Technical Skills : Expert ability to read blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams. Familiarity with medium and high-voltage installations is a significant plus.Physical Demands : Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, work at heights, and stand / walk for extended periods.Attitude : Professional, safety-conscious, reliable, and committed to high-quality craftsmanship.Benefits & Compensation
