Key Responsibilities
Create and update digital, visual, and audio interactive learning / training assets
Lead or support instructor-led trainings for various audience sizes
Evaluate feedback and performance data to enhance content effectiveness
Qualifications and Requirements
3+ years of instructional design / development or comparable experience
Proficiency in MS365 and eLearning authoring tools
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
Preferred experience with MS Dynamics and Learning Management System (LMS) administration
Basic knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design methodologies
