State Licensed General Liability Adjuster

A company is looking for a Sr. Commercial General Liability Adjuster.

Key Responsibilities

Handle complex commercial general liability claims and maintain appropriate state adjuster licenses

Conduct thorough investigations, evaluations, and negotiations of claims, including identifying suspicious claims

Provide training and mentoring to other adjusters and represent the company in mediations and arbitrations

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in Commercial General Liability

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience; industry designation preferred

Strong organizational and time management skills

Understanding of applicable statutes, regulations, and case law

Computer experience with MS Office and proficiency in paperless claims systems
