Job description

Job Title : Plumbing Foreman

Location : Manhattan, NY

Salary : $130K - $150K

Are you an experienced Plumbing Foreman looking to take the lead on major high-rise residential projects in New York City? We are a well-established plumbing contractor operating across all 5 boroughs, and we’re seeking a knowledgeable, hands-on Foreman to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and supervise plumbing crews on high-rise residential construction projects
Coordinate daily job site activities to ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with NYC building codes
Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans
Ensure proper installation of piping systems, fixtures, and equipment
Conduct inspections, troubleshoot issues, and maintain high-quality workmanship
Communicate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades
Track labor, materials, and progress to meet project schedules and deadlines

Requirements :

Minimum 5+ years of plumbing experience; 2+ years in a foreman or supervisory role

Strong understanding of NYC plumbing code and high-rise construction standards

Ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced job site environment

Skilled in reading drawings and coordinating with multiple trades

OSHA certification preferred

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between job sites in the 5 boroughs
