We now have a national presence with current projects spanning coast to coast. We are a full-service Design-Build company offering management of projects throughout the United States, with our field operations team members who work on location for each of our projects. We specialize in fast-track projects in new commercial construction for both public and private clients, with a primary focus in the Department of Defense (DoD) market. Are you an experienced Electrical Superintendent with a background in government or military projects? We're looking for a skilled and dedicated professional to join our Field Operations team in Georgia and Florida. If you're passionate about leading electrical construction teams and delivering quality results while ensuring safety and efficiency, this role could be a great fit for you.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and supervise electrical construction activities on multiple government or military projects.
• Oversee daily operations, including preplanning material and manpower needs.
• Manage electrical crews and subcontractors to ensure the successful execution of projects.
• Coordinate with project teams to deliver high-quality electrical installations while maintaining RQ's Mission, Vision, and Values.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols and regulatory standards.
• Provide hands-on leadership while managing electrical projects with budgets of $400,000 or more.
• Maintain a proactive approach to problem-solving, risk management, and resource allocation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related electrical matters.
