Job description

Minimum Qualifications :

  • Associates degree in electro-mechanical / electronics / electricity
  • MINIMUM 1-3 years or more in a manufacturing injection molding maintenance role.
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulation.
  • Basic Knowledge of AC / DC electricity 24v - 480v
  • Extensive troubleshooting skills for electrical, hydraulics, robotics, etc.

Responsibilities :

  • Troubleshoot and repair breakdowns, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical problems on all equipment in a timely manner.
  • Replace motors, pumps, cylinders, some of which weigh more than 40lbs.
  • Maintain all machine safety guarding.
  • Must maintain a clean and organized maintenance area. Clean up after all completed tasks.
  • Self-Starter and ability to work alone.
  • Team player, work well with others.
  • Performs daily, weekly, and monthly tasks on IMM's, robots, and auxiliary equipment as assigned by schedules or instructions.
  • Accurately records information on all required logs, forms, schedules, and / or the MP2 system.
  • Will report directly to the Maintenance Manager.
