Seeking Program Manager candidates with relevant Defense, And Security Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Defense, And Security Sector Clients such as NSWC. This as a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Strategy Management Functional Area - Strategic Performance Management Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.

Provide services and support as a Strategic Performance Management (Program Manager) in the Defense, And Security Industry Sector focussing on Management And Operations Solutions for clients such as Naval Surface Warfare Center Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD), Department of Defense Generally Located In CONUS - Port Hueneme, CA and across the Southwestern Region Region (Of Country/World).

Oversee the project scope, timelines, deliverables, and client communications to ensure all aspects of the contract meet NSWC PHD requirements and timelines. Qualifications

Desired Qualifications For Program Manager | Strategy Management (NSWC011016) Candidates:

PMP certification preferred, experience in project/program management.

Bachelor's degree, 5+ years in program or project management.

Leadership, organization, budgeting, communication.
