Responsibilities :
- Create awareness about the product & its suitable applications through concept selling.
- Generate demand through specifications by brand name and specific product trials.
- Develop the market and increase market share on above two strengths for growth.
- Sales Volume & Sales Value : Improve Top Line & ASP (average sale price) for growth.
- Inventory Management.
- Account Receivables.
- Ground work for future growth on the strength of specifications & product trials.
- Look for new opportunities in terms of new application & new territories
- Brand promotion through seminars & work-shops.
- Motivating all team members to complement the business.
- Promoting multiple products / articles for different applications.
Qualifications :
15+ years hands on experience in sales & marketing of industrial products.
