Field Trainer
The Field Trainer serves as an expert in standards and procedures of our daily operations in the field, works closely with Store Managers and team members at individual locations, and acts as a liaison between the Learning and Development team and the field. This role will also partner closely with the Field Support Managers. This field-based role will focus on supporting consistency in our training programs and initiatives.
You will contribute to the implementation of training programs, assess individual training needs, and drive development within our field locations. The Field Trainer will play an essential role in the ongoing learning and development of team members within the organization.
Qualifications and Skills :
Experience facilitating on the job or classroom training strongly preferred
Ability to travel 80% of the time, and travel to Worcester office for on-site meetings and connections as needed.
Demonstrates strong facilitation skills for in person, virtual, and on the job training.
Demonstrates ability to present training appropriately for the intended audience while tailoring to specific learning needs. In addition :
Able to take complex concepts and simplify them for the learner
Demonstrates strategic thinking skills and translates plans into coherent action. In addition :
Exercises good judgment in decision making while displaying courage to respectfully challenge ideas and resolve issues.
Demonstrates ability to establish root cause to suggest appropriate solutions and options, while using data to inform recommendations.
Demonstrates ability to execute strategic plans and actions. In addition :
Proficient in a variety of technology systems and adapts to new systems quickly.
