Job descriptionHigh school diploma or equivalent (GED). Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or a related field is a plus. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, or schematics (preferred). Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Basic mechanical skills and ability to use hand tools and power tools. Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods. Team player with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Manufacturing Assembler to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling products, ensuring quality standards, and meeting production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assemble components and products according to specifications and work instructions.
- Inspect finished products for quality and report any defects or issues.
- Operate and maintain assembly equipment safely and efficiently.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to workplace safety regulations.
- Work as part of a team to meet production quotas and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist in troubleshooting assembly line issues and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
