Pride Health is in need of LPNs to work in group homes with individuals (young adult to elderly) with developmental disabilities, across Brooklyn, Manhattan, Bronx, and Queens. Job Description :

Depending on the client, LPN pay is between, $34-38 / hr.

• Licensed Practical Nurse -Patient care, Medication administration.
• Patient vitals / monitoring, Patient documentation in a group home setting, caring for the developmentally disabled population.
