WHAT ARE THE PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB?
- You will own the territory covering Memphis and Western Tennessee : prospecting, developing, and expanding relationships with both existing and new accounts (dentists, oral surgeons, periodontists).
- Grow market share to achieve and exceed the targeted revenue by presenting, promoting and selling the company's full portfolio of implant and biomaterial products.
- Operate as a sales "hunter" by aggressively mining new opportunities, securing leads, qualifying prospects, and converting them into active accounts.
- Support a "service" mindset and act as a trusted advisor to your customers, addressing challenges, facilitating case logistics and post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Represent the company at local and regional trade shows, continuing education events, and in-office clinical presentations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners (clinical training, marketing, distribution) to optimize product utilization and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements

Education & Training
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferred.Equivalent work experience will be considered.Work Experience & Accomplishments
3+ years of B2B outside sales experience in a competitive market.Demonstrated success in territory management, new business development and achieving or exceeding sales targets.Strong track record of building and growing customer relationships, especially within clinical / professional settings.Experience working independently, managing your own schedule and territory plan.Skills & Competencies
