Medical Billing Manager

A growing medical supply company is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Medical Billing Manager to lead and optimize its billing department. This full-time, on-site position involves overseeing the submission and tracking of insurance claims, resolving billing issues, and managing a small team responsible for billing and accounts receivable.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical billing and a deep understanding of insurance claims, denial management, and EMR systems-preferably Brightree. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who is organized, proactive, and ready to take ownership of front-end billing operations.

Responsibilities Include :

• Overseeing the submission of clean and timely insurance claims
• Identifying and addressing rejected, denied, or unbilled claims
• Managing a team of billing and A / R staff and ensuring departmental efficiency
• Collaborating with the finance team to maintain accurate records
• Monitoring claim aging reports and improving collection timelines
• Maintaining compliance with billing regulations and company policies
