Senior Compliance Analyst

Mantech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Compliance Analyst to join our team in Herndon, Virginia. The candidate must be located within a commutable distance to Herndon, VA to allow for periodic on-site collaboration. The ideal candidate will take pride in driving initiatives and business strategies for activities relating to standards of conduct and ethical relationships with employees, customers, suppliers, and vendors. They will be comfortable liaising with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including periodic briefings to the Mantech executive team.

Responsibilities to include but not limited to :

• Develop, update and deploy compliance trainings, including tracking and reporting
• Assist with the administration of the Mantech compliance incentive program
• Promote ethics messaging and campaigns throughout the organization; work with team members to develop and manage compliance communications
• Support the Executive Director of Compliance with executing on compliance & ethics strategic priorities and initiatives
• Administer the intake, review, and processing of all employee disclosure forms, including secondary employment (outside business activity), gifts & entertainment, and other potential conflicts of interest
