Superintendent

This role is with a well-established, medium-sized full-service general contractor. The company is recognized for its strong presence in construction and its commitment to delivering quality results for its clients.

Job Description

Manage on-site construction activities to ensure project timelines and budgets are met. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers to streamline operations. Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with all local and federal regulations. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure high-quality standards and resolve any issues promptly. Maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders to provide project updates. Oversee material deliveries and inventory to avoid project delays. Lead and mentor on-site teams to foster a collaborative and productive work environment. Prepare and submit daily reports detailing site activities and progress.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have :

  • 5+ years of multifamily experience
  • Proven experience in construction management within the business services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of safety standards, construction codes, and regulations.
  • Effective leadership skills to manage and motivate on-site teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
