Print Production Specialist

As a Print Production Specialist, you will be responsible for all aspects of the physical production of digital print and / or signs. The ideal candidate has experience with sheet fed digital presses , large format inkjet file prep, production, finishing, as well as installation . Position is full time Monday-Friday with occasional overtime. You will work in a systems-based environment with high attention to quality, detail, and deadlines.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to :

All aspects of digital printing, sign production & installation, and bindery.

You will operate Design-Rip stations, digital printer, flatbed, contour cutter, as well as various other finishing devices.

Working on multiple projects at the same time.

Working within a deadline-driven industry.

Having incredible attention to detail.

Possessing the skill-set to work out some technical problems with computers as well as the printers.

Communicate with our team members to ensure a complete understanding of the order.

Knowledge of direct mail software and practices, a plus.

Required Skills :

A Minimum of 3 years in the Digital Print & Sign Industry

Follow job specifications with an eye for detail & quality.

Must be able to lift 50 pounds.

Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

Able to work an 8-hour shift.

Quickly Learn & Execute Internal Proprietary Systems & Workflow Methodology.

Problem Solving & Multi-Tasking in a Fast-Paced Environment.

Knowledge of Hardware, Hand Tools & Sign Installation Methods.

Positive & Supportive Team Communications.

Self-Manage & Execute Daily Responsibilities.
