Overview
Graphic Designer / Experiential Graphic Designer 2 with 6+ years of experience in graphic design to join our interdisciplinary design team. This role shapes the visual and emotional experience of architectural spaces across a wide range of project types including K-12 and higher education, commercial, religious, medical, and municipal environments.
What You’ll Do
- Design and implement experiential graphics, including wayfinding systems, signage, branded environments, and storytelling elements that integrate seamlessly with architectural finishes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align graphic design with architectural vision, project timelines, and client goals
- Develop and present compelling design concepts to clients and stakeholders, clearly articulating the rationale behind your creative decisions
- Prepare files for print and digital distribution, including pre-flighting, color correction, and image optimization
- Conduct quality control reviews of all deliverables and coordinate with fabricators on shop drawings and installation
- Stay current with industry trends, sustainability practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design processes and outcomes
What You Bring
6+ years of experience in Graphic DesignProficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Microsoft Office SuiteExperience with Revit, CAD tools for Illustrator, or other 3D modeling software is a plusStrong understanding of branding, storytelling, and how they translate into the built environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasivelyAttention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, error-free work on time and within budgetAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentFamiliarity with prepress and production processes, including color management and file preparation for both print and digital mediaKnowledge of sustainable design best practices and involvement in professional organizations is preferredA bachelor’s degree in graphic design is a plusWe offer a competitive salary commensurate with your experience.
