RSP Group are supporting a long-standing and respected real estate and construction firm that's hiring a Superintendent to join their high-performing team.

This position sits within a technical function that bridges preconstruction, design coordination, and field execution so it's ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems early, driving buildable solutions, and improving how projects are delivered.

Ideal candidates will have a background as a Superintendent , and be interested in transitioning out of day-to-day field management while leveraging their hands-on site experience in a more technical, coordination-focused role

What you'll be doing :

• Leading constructability reviews and coordinating with design teams
• Supporting logistics planning, site phasing, and risk mitigation
• Translating operational input into clear, buildable construction documentation
• Playing a key role from design through to delivery on complex multifamily projects
