ICP Laboratory Technician – Robstown, TX | Tarpon Specialty Services

Now hiring experienced ICP Laboratory Technicians for an industrial chemical lab project in Robstown, Texas!

We’re seeking a detail-oriented ICP Lab Technician with experience in metals analysis, wet chemistry, and inductively coupled plasma (ICP-OES or ICP-MS) instrumentation. This is a full-time position with competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for long-term employment.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and maintain ICP instrumentation (ICP-OES or ICP-MS) for metals testing and chemical analysis
Perform sample prep, calibration, and QA / QC checks according to lab standards
Document and interpret analytical data accurately
Follow safety and environmental protocols at all times
Work collaboratively with lab techs, chemists, and supervisors

Qualifications

Experience operating ICP (Inductively Coupled Plasma) equipment

Familiarity with wet chemistry techniques and laboratory safety

Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced lab environment

High school diploma or equivalent required (technical or science degree a plus)
