What You'll Be Doing :

• Supervise and coordinate team members during assigned shifts to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
• Prepare and cook food
• Train and mentor team members on company policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Maintain dining and kitchen areas, including clearing and cleaning tables, emptying trash cans and cleaning floors.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Operate POS system and handle transactions accurately.
• Assist in opening and closing procedures as required.
• Leading Front and Back of House staff
