Responsibilities

• Lead the UX / UI design for multiple projects, ensuring usability and ease of adoption.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment throughout the design and build process.
• Conduct user research, journey mapping, and design sprints to identify pain points and create effective solutions.
• Produce high-fidelity designs and prototypes while maintaining consistency across platforms.
• Facilitate workshops and design sessions to align stakeholders and project teams.
• Participate in user testing and gather end-user feedback to inform design decisions.
• Communicate design rationale effectively to partners and leaders, advocating for user-centered solutions.
