Job Summary :

The Entry-Level Supply Chain Representative supports the procurement process by assisting with proactive purchasing, ad-hoc buying, and sourcing parts to help reduce repair costs. This role provides hands-on experience in supply chain operations under the guidance of senior supply chain staff. The Supply Chain Representative will work closely with leadership to maintain accurate records, support purchasing activities, and contribute to process improvements across the department.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Assist with proactive purchasing based on Monthly Operations Reports (MOP) and stock needs.
• Support ad-hoc buying to fulfill immediate inventory requirements or repair parts.
• Help the Repairs Team by procuring parts to reduce repair costs and improve operational efficiency.
• Log quotes and purchase orders in AvSight.
• Maintain accurate records of suppliers, quotes, and orders.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Senior Supply Chain Representative , Director, or VP.
