Our client a leading international law firm is seeking a skilled Litigation Associate Attorney to join its dynamic Trial & Defense Practice . This position offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of sophisticated matters including New York Labor Law premises liability catastrophic injury transportation hospitality negligent security and other complex general liability claims. Associates in this group enjoy direct interaction with clients as well as domestic and international insurers handling high-exposure and latent-type claims.

Candidate Profile

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school with an excellent academic record
• Active Bar Admission in New York in good standing
• 36 years of substantive litigation experience
• Experience defending general liability catastrophic injury or complex tort matters
• Background handling New York Labor Law claims strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to take and defend depositions
• Superior legal writing analytical and research skills
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work directly with insurer clients and insureds
• Motivated proactive and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
