If you’re passionate about creating memorable events  and  driving business growth, this  Dual Senior Catering Sales Manager  role offers the best of both worlds : the excitement of sales and the satisfaction of seeing your events come to life.

You’ll oversee and expand the catering business across two established, boutique Boston-area properties, combining proactive prospecting, thoughtful planning, and hands-on execution to deliver exceptional experiences. From meetings and banquets to large social functions, you’ll bring each event to life while working alongside a collaborative, professional, and fun team that truly values hospitality.

What You’ll Be Doing as the Dual Senior Catering Sales Manager :

  • Managing the full life cycle of catering events : from prospecting to planning to post-event follow-up.
  • Proactively selling meeting and event space and developing new local business in the Boston area.
  • Preparing Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and working with internal teams to ensure every detail is perfect.
  • Serving as the point person for clients, ensuring exceptional service and repeat business.
  • Partnering with the DOS to review client feedback, menus, and revenue reports.

    • As the Dual Senior Catering Sales Manager, you have :

  • 2–3+ years of experience in hospitality, catering, or event sales.
  • Working knowledge of Delphi, Opera PMS, or similar systems.
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
  • Energy, creativity, and a genuine love for hospitality.
  • A flexible schedule to meet clients and attend events as needed.
