Housekeeper / Van Driver

Housekeeper / Van Driver (CDL Class B w / Passenger Endorsement Required)

Location : Wheatfield Towers Niagara Falls, NY Schedule : Part-Time | 20 hours / week

We're seeking a dependable, friendly, and detail-oriented individual to help keep our senior community clean, safe, and mobile. In this dual role, you'll handle housekeeping duties and drive our 18-passenger van, making a daily impact on the lives of our residents.

What You'll Do

Housekeeping Responsibilities :

Clean common areas, bathrooms, and prepare vacant units
Follow a regular cleaning schedule
Track and report supply needs and maintenance issues

Van Driving Responsibilities :

Transport residents safely to appointments and activities

Maintain a clean, safe vehicle

Provide courteous and professional service to residents

What We're Looking For :

CDL Class B license with Passenger Endorsement (required)

High school diploma or equivalent

12 years of housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred

Good communication and organizational skills

Comfortable using a computer or tablet

Committed to providing excellent resident service
