Eaton's ES AMER ESS division is currently seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer.

This role is located in our Nacogdoches, TX facility. Relocation assistance will be provided.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $83250.0 - $122100.0 a year.

What you'll do :

The role supports plant leadership by improving manufacturing processes and driving cost-saving initiatives. It also involves executing strategic plans in compliance with regulations, industry standards, and customer requirements to help meet business and financial goals.

In this role you will :

• \n Design & Optimization : Develop and guide cell layouts and manufacturing flows for safety, productivity, ergonomics, and efficiency. Maintain standardized work elements and lead process innovation.
