We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our inpatient clinic team in San Antonio. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to patients, helping them restore mobility, reduce pain, and improve overall physical function. While this position is primarily inpatient-focused, we highly value experience in outpatient travel, sports medicine and therapy, orthopedics, Joint Mobilization, Trigger Therapy and more.
We are seeking both a Senior level Physical Therapist (8+ years of experience) and an Associate Physical Therapist (2+) and salary will depend on level of experience.
Responsibilities :
Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs for patients in an inpatient clinical setting.
Utilize evidence-based practices to restore function, improve mobility, and alleviate pain.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes accurately and in compliance with facility and regulatory standards.
Educate patients and their families on exercises, recovery expectations, and long-term wellness strategies.
Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinical environment.
Qualifications :
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s in Physical Therapy from an accredited program (DPT minimum)
CPR Certified or ability to obtain
Prior experience in inpatient care at a minimum required
Ability to handle a full patient case load with the support of PT staff
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be able to directly work with patients with out any physical limitations (push, pull up to 50 pounds)
