Company Overview

Jessica Zweig, Inc. is a mission-driven company where your work is more than just a job—it’s a chance to create a lasting impact in the world. In our pursuit of building the #1 certification platform for women at the intersection of business, branding, spirituality, and feminine leadership, we are passionate about empowering female leaders to step into their fullest potential - without the burnout. Everything we do is rooted in purpose and transformation.

Our Nashville-based team operates in a high-growth, dynamic environment that balances excellence with humanity, where collaboration, respect, and empowerment are at the heart of our culture. Here, you’ll find a supportive, flexible (and fun!) workplace where genuine, personal connection is as important as meeting goals. Because we don't just "work together", we collaborate, we ideate, we offer and receive feedback with love, and we support one another, in and out of the workplace.

Job Overview

We are looking for a Content Specialist to join our team—someone who is as excited about words as they are about building the strategy that makes them sing, and who wants to grow in the world of creative and strategic marketing for a mission-driven brand.

The Content Specialist will play a key role in shaping our brand presence across digital platforms. This role requires a versatile copywriter who can strategize and write compelling copy and assist with content creation. You’ll be working closely with our Chief Creative Officer and Brand Experience Manager to bring campaigns, launches, and community touch points to life.

Responsibilities :

  • Support the development of content (including but not limited to emails, landing pages, and nurture sequences) that aligns with launches, campaigns, and evergreen brand presence
  • Write strategic copy that not only engages but also drives conversions and community growth
  • Repurpose and create content from a variety of sources, including our podcast, speaking engagements, live events, and trainings
  • Pull short-form clips and write accompanying captions, headlines, and hooks tailored for different platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
  • Ensure messaging is consistent with our brand voice, mission, and divine feminine leadership ethos
  • Collaborate with the Chief Creative Officer to brainstorm and map content strategies that amplify visibility and deepen audience connection

Requirements :

  • Experience : 2+ years in brand management, marketing, content creation, or a related field, ideally within the coaching, wellness, or personal development industry.
  • Content Skills : Strong writing and editing skills with experience in blogging, social media content creation, and content repurposing.
  • Creative Skills : Proficiency in design tools (e.g., iMovie, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and experience developing visual content to accompany written pieces.
  • Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze content performance data and adjust strategies based on insights to improve reach and engagement.
  • What We Offer :

  • Full-time, fully remote position with flexible work environment
  • Competitive salary with bonus opportunity , unlimited PTO, 10+ holidays, and company-wide closure for two weeks at the end of every year
  • A chance to grow and refine your creative skills with mentorship from experienced creative leaders
  • Opportunity to contribute to a mission-driven business that is empowering women globally
