The ideal candidate has strong experience editing for high-profile video podcasts and understands how to craft compelling narratives, build emotion, and increase the entertainment value of each episode with minimal direction.

Responsibilities

• Editing video podcast trailers to create visually compelling hooks and engaging intros for social media and podcast platforms
• Creating viral social clips from podcast video to drive consumption of the long-form podcast
• Crafting engaging narratives, building emotional arcs, and delivering impactful messages from long-form conversations
• Integrating motion graphics, b‑roll, sound design, and other visual elements to enhance storytelling
