Minimum Qualifications
- Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active California Physical Therapy Assistant license required to start the assignment.
- Current BLS certification from AHA or ARC preferred.
- Experience working in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings preferred.
- Ability to follow treatment plans developed by a licensed Physical Therapist and document patient progress per facility policy.
- Minimum of one year of clinical experience as a PTA preferred.

- Shift Name: Days.
- Shift Hours: AM 8 (5x8 schedule).
- Assignment Length: 26 week assignment.
