Job description$15$17 / hr (based on certifications & experience) $500 bonus after 90 days with no corrective action plans Consistent MondayFriday schedule Two shifts available : 9a5p OR 12p8p Supportive, mission-driven work environment Convenient West End Henrico location Assisting with personal care, daily living skills, and household tasks Encouraging and supporting community engagement activities Following structured schedules and individualized support plans Documenting services provided and maintaining compliance standards Experience working with individuals with ID / DD / MH Current TOVA, Medication Administration, and CPR / First Aid certifications Strong communication and teamwork skills
