Caregiver 12 hour shifts Swarthmore

Interviewing for caregivers to work with a young adult in a wheel chair.

We are looking for experienced caregivers with at least 1 year of experience.

Caregiver will need to use a hoyer lift.

Shifts are 9am-9pm and 9pm -9am

Many of our clients need personal care assistance or assistance getting in and out of their bed or wheel chair.

We’re looking for the best – here’s what we’d like to see :

Past experience as a live in caregiver, at least 2 years live-in experience required.

A passion for the job and helping others.

A reliable car, valid driver's license and insurance.

Ability to pass a background check.

Excellent references from past employers and supervisors. A hunger to learn how to best care for your client.

Job Duties :

Assist client with daily living activities.

Clients and caregivers are matched based on skill level, personality traits and preferences to support long-term relationships.

Going on walks, taking client on outings, engaging client in memory activities

light housekeeping, running errands, meal preparation and laundry as needed
