We’re looking for a motivated Acquisitions Specialist to join a high-performing team focused on sourcing and closing real estate investment opportunities. In this role, you’ll work side-by-side with top producers, gaining real-world experience and mentorship from industry leaders.

You’ll focus on identifying potential deals, building relationships with homeowners and investors, and supporting the full acquisition process—from first contact to close. With access to proven systems, lead support, and marketing tools, you’ll be set up for consistent success and rewarding commissions.

Compensation :

85,000 - $170,000 at plan

Responsibilities :

  • Monitor the sales process and document follow up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM
  • Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward
  • Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research
  • Act as an intermediary between your sellers and buyers to ensure a smooth close
  • Lead follow up

Qualifications :

  • Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented
