Our firm is seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Senior Civil Land Development Engineer - Hydrology to join our progressive team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of innovative land development projects, with a focus on hydrology. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, ranging from residential and commercial developments to public infrastructure and environmental projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our company's growth and success, while also providing you with the chance to develop and enhance your engineering skills.

Responsibilities :

As a Permanent Senior Civil Land Development Engineer - Hydrology, you will be responsible for :

1. Leading the design and development of civil land development projects, with a focus on hydrology.

2. Utilizing software such as Civil 3D, Bluebeam, CivilDesign, Hydrocalc, and SWMM to develop innovative and effective design solutions.

3. Conducting hydrologic and hydraulic analyses and designing stormwater management systems.

4. Coordinating with project teams, including architects, planners, and other engineers, to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

5. Preparing and presenting technical reports and presentations to clients and stakeholders.

6. Mentoring and providing guidance to junior engineers and other team members.

7. Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations related to civil land development and hydrology.

Qualifications :

To be considered for the Permanent Senior Civil Land Development Engineer - Hydrology position, you must possess the following :

1. A Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.

2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in civil land development engineering, with a focus on hydrology.

3. Proficiency in using software such as Civil 3D, Bluebeam, CivilDesign, Hydrocalc, and SWMM.

4. Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences.

6. A strong commitment to professional development and continuous learning.

7. A professional engineering (PE) license or EIT is preferred.
