Senior Director of Enterprise AI

A company is looking for a Sr. Director, Product Manager - Enterprise AI (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Set the AI product vision and roadmap for Generative AI products and solutions

Gather and translate requirements by partnering with stakeholders to identify AI-driven opportunities

Lead team building and people development by recruiting and mentoring a team of AI product managers

Required Qualifications

12+ years of experience in product management at a technology company, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role

Proven experience leading teams and building internal-facing AI or ML-powered products at scale

Deep familiarity with Generative AI technologies

Demonstrated ability to define vision and strategy in early-stage product environments

Strong people leadership skills with experience in recruiting and mentoring high-performing product teams
