Travel Charge Nurse (RN) – Long Term Care - $2,424 per week

LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Long Term Care for a travel nursing job in Hot Springs, South Dakota. Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Long Term Care Discipline : RN Start Date : ASAP Duration : 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift : 8 hours, days, evenings Employment Type : Travel Responsibilities : Make nursing assessments regarding the health status of the residents; making nursing diagnosis which serves as the basis or the strategy of care. Develop a plan of care based on assessment and nursing diagnosis; implement nursing care; and evaluate responses to nursing interventions. Make provisions for outside physician visits to ensure residents’ medical needs are met. Demonstrates effective communication with physician and family members to ensure resident needs are met. Performs teaching to residents, families and staff to ensure understanding of the residents’ plan of care.
