Schedule : 7 : 00pm-7 : 30am, every other weekend rotation

How You'll Contribute
- Assist patients with performing activities of daily living
- Provide or assist with providing patient care, diagnostic procedures and therapeutic interventions
- Observe and record patient behavior and activities
- Report on changes in physical, mental, or emotional condition to nursing staff
- Suggest modifications to treatment plan as needed
Essential Functions
Observes and monitors patient's status according to patient monitoring standards, policies, and procedures. This may include vital signs, weight log, intake and output, dietary intake, 15-minute rounds, admission checklists, etc.Provides verbal and written input to nursing staff via ongoing reporting and end of shift report so patient needs are prioritizedDemonstrates proficiency and skill in providing care to patientsEnsures that they are interacting with patients on the unit consistentlyProvides timely and accurate information on patient behavior and progress to the interdisciplinary teamWhat We Offer
