We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent / Builder to oversee residential homebuilding projects from start to finish.

About the Role :

You’ll be responsible for coordinating all phases of construction—managing subcontractors, materials, and schedules—to ensure every home meets our quality and safety standards. This is a hands-on leadership position requiring strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage daily on-site operations and subcontractor performance.
• Coordinate inspections and ensure compliance with all codes and safety standards.
• Maintain project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Resolve construction conflicts quickly and efficiently.
• Walk job sites daily and ensure cleanliness, safety, and readiness.
• Communicate progress and updates with homeowners and internal teams.
