SCCM Expert / Specialist - ADS

Core Responsibilities :

• Software and OS deployment : Deploy operating system images, applications, and settings to user devices.
• Patch management : Manage and deploy software updates and security patches to ensure systems are up-to-date and secure.
• Application and package management : Create, distribute, and troubleshoot application packages and deployment types.
• System configuration : Configure and maintain site systems roles, such as distribution points (DP) and management points (MP).
• Technical support : Provide Tier 3 support for troubleshooting and resolving complex deployment and system issues.
• Reporting and monitoring : Monitor key metrics, create reports on system health, and ensure compliance with IT policies.
• Automation : Use scripting (e.g., PowerShell) to automate administrative tasks and improve efficiency.
