We are currently seeking a hard-working and experienced Manufacturing Manager to join our DePuy Synthes Orthopaedics team in Raynham, MA. Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. Should you accept this position, it is anticipated that, following conclusion of the transaction, you would be an employee of DePuy Synthes and your employment would be governed by DePuy Synthes employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans. In that case, details of any planned changes would be provided to you by DePuy Synthes at an appropriate time and subject to any necessary consultation processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of manufacturing professionals to achieve production targets and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of production plans with business goals and objectives.
• Monitor manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement training programs to develop manufacturing personnel.
• Oversee production schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

Education : Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.

Experience and Skills :

Other : Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and balance multiple priorities.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $100,000 to $172,500.00. Employees and / or eligible dependents are eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs : medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Employees are eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
