• Join a well-established department looking to grow their C / L service, covering the med surg unit (160-170 beds) and assist in a new med / psych unit that will be opening in the future (will be 8 beds)
• Will only cover med / surg NOT the ED, will work with a Pgy2 or Pgy4 resident at all times as well as a PsychNP on occasion
• Patient volume of approximately 3 new consults per day + ongoing managing of 3-4 patients already admitted to med-surg
• Mon-Fri schedule 9am-5pm with no nights, evenings, weekends or call (call covered by residents or attendings on call on weekend, won't apply to CL)
• Could also provide psychotherapy oversite for residents if interested
